Unser Sushimeister bringt all diese Qualitäten mit sich und hat über 25 Jahre damit verbracht dieses Handwerk zu meistern.

Für sein Sushi werden nur die hochwertigsten Zutaten benutzt.

Dazu gehören der Label Rouge Lachs aus Schottland, Thunfisch von den Malediven oder die Jakobsmuscheln aus der kanadischen Tiefsee.

Sein Handwerk konnte er bereits in renommierten Restaurants wie dem  "Lenbach" und "Shoya" zur Schau stellen.
